(a) The team leader shall exercise reasonable and adequate supervision over the provision of real estate brokerage services by members of the team. (b) The responsibility of the team leader to supervise the associate real estate brokers and real estate salespersons on the team shall be in addition to the supervision responsibilities of the real estate broker and branch office manager of the real estate broker provided for in § 17–320 of this title. (c) The team leader and the members of the team shall adhere to all office rules, practices, and procedures established by the real estate broker and the branch office manager of the real estate broker.
