(a) A real estate broker may not allow an associate real estate broker, a real estate salesperson, or any other unauthorized individual to provide real estate brokerage services independently as a real estate broker. (b) A real estate broker may not retain an unlicensed individual to provide real estate brokerage services on behalf of the real estate broker. (c) A licensed real estate broker may not lend the license certificate or pocket card of the broker to another individual.
