(a) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle. (b) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit and a beauty salon permit to an applicant of a single establishment if the applicant: (1) meets the requirements of: (i) this title; and (ii) Title 5 of this article; (2) submits a separate application for each permit; and (3) pays a separate fee for each application.
