Section 5-309 - Issuance of License

If an applicant qualifies for a license under this subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that: (1) the applicant has qualified for the license; and (2) the Board will issue the license to the applicant on receipt of a license fee established by the Board in accordance with § 5-205 of this title.
