(a) The Board may use a testing service to administer the examination required under this subtitle. (b) If the Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the Board, shall: (1) set the time and place of the examination; (2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of the examination; (3) charge an examination fee not to exceed the cost of administering the examination; and (4) furnish any information that the Board may require the testing service to provide.
