(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, an individual who holds a reciprocal license or a reciprocal registration may assign it to a person who engages in the business of providing electrical services if the individual is employed principally by the person. (b) An individual may reassign the reciprocal license or reciprocal registration of the individual once in a fiscal year.
