Except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual may not: (1) provide, attempt to provide, or offer to provide electrical services for compensation in the State without an appropriate license issued under this title; (2) assist, attempt to assist, or offer to assist in providing electrical services for compensation in the State without the required license or appropriate registration issued under this title; (3) provide electrical services for compensation without obtaining a permit for such services if required by a local jurisdiction; or (4) provide electrical services beyond the scope of the license issued to the individual under this title.
