Section 8-302 - Qualifications

(a) To qualify for a certificate, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section. (b) The applicant shall be of good character and reputation. (c) The applicant shall be at least 18 years old. (d) The applicant shall: (1) file an application and pay a nonrefundable application fee in accordance with § 8–303 of this subtitle; (2) have satisfied education and experience requirements necessary to qualify for the National Council of Interior Design Qualification Examination, or its equivalent, as determined by the Board; and (3) have passed the National Council of Interior Design Qualification Examination, or its equivalent.
