(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Authority' means the Pimlico Community Development Authority. (c) 'Park Heights Corridor' means the area designated as an urban renewal district in Baltimore City that is bounded by Northern Parkway on the north, Greenspring Avenue on the east, Druid Park Drive on the south, and the railroad tracks of the Western Maryland Railroad on the west.
