Section 11-512 - Transfer of Race Meetings

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 11-513 of this subtitle, the Commission may authorize a licensee to transfer a race meeting from the licensee’s own track to another track: (1) on receipt of the appropriate license fees; and (2) with the express consent of the owner or lessee of the track to which the transfer is made.
