Section 11-529 - Definitions

(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Advisory Committee' means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund Advisory Committee. (c) 'Fund' means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund. (d) 'Fund Race' means a race funded by the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.
