(a) The Commission may approve satellite simulcast facilities that may conduct satellite simulcast betting. (b) This part does not authorize satellite simulcast betting at or through the direct use of lottery terminals in the State. (c) The Commission has jurisdiction over all satellite simulcast betting and other activities at a satellite simulcast facility to the same extent as when live racing is held by a licensee.
