(a) All money bet at a satellite simulcast facility shall be included in the applicable mutuel pools at the sending track. (b) Except as provided in § 11-827 of this part, the breakage, State tax, and takeout on all satellite simulcast betting shall be computed in the way normally applicable to pari-mutuel betting on a race at the sending track.
