Section 17-1103 - License Fees

(a) An applicant for a license shall pay to the clerk the applicable license fee. (b) In a county other than Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is: (1) $15 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals; (2) $50 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and (3) $100 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals. (c) In Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is: (1) $40 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals; (2) $125 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and (3) $250 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals.
