An applicant for a restaurant license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of: (1) $50 for each place of business in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, or Cecil County; (2) $25 for each place of business in a municipal corporation with a population of 8,000 or more in any other county; or (3) $10 for each place of business elsewhere in the State.
