Section 17-1706 - Operation Without License Prohibited

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not operate a micro market in the State unless the person has a micro market license. (b) A person that violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.
