Section 17-1806 - Selection of Uniform License Fee for a Trader's License

(a) On or before December 1 each year, the governing body of a county or municipal corporation may select a uniform license fee for a trader’s license under § 17–1807(b) of this subtitle by submitting its selection on a form provided by the Comptroller and the State Department of Assessments and Taxation. (b) A selection by the governing body of a county or municipal corporation under this section is irrevocable.
