Section 17-910 - Acting as Peddler Without License

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not act as a peddler unless the person has a peddler license. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
