(a) Except as otherwise provided in Part III of this subtitle, a person must have a peddler license whenever in Calvert County the person: (1) sells or offers for sale at wholesale or retail any vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats, or other farm products; or (2) sells or offers for sale at retail any dry goods or clothing. (b) A person must have a magazine seller license whenever the person acts as a nonresident itinerant magazine seller in Calvert County.
