Section 17-921 - Acting as Peddler Without License

(a) Except as otherwise provided in Part III of this subtitle, unless a person has a peddler license, the person may not in Calvert County: (1) sell or offer for sale at wholesale or retail any vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats, or other farm products; or (2) sell or offer for sale at retail any dry goods or clothing. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
