Section 3-502 - Willful Violation Causing Death; Penalty

If an amusement owner willfully violates this title or an order passed or regulation adopted under this title and a member of the public dies as a result of the violation, the amusement owner is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to: (1) for a first offense, a fine not exceeding $2,500 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both; or (2) for a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or both.
