Section 6-416 - Restrictions on Soliciting and Spending Money

(a) A charitable organization may solicit charitable contributions or spend them only for a charitable purpose that is stated in its registration statement and most recent annual report. (b) On the request of a donor, a charitable organization shall provide the donor with a statement of the programs and uses for which the funds are requested.
