(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Executive Director' has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title. (c) 'Retailer' has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title. (d) 'Sell' has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title. (e) 'Unpackaged cigarette' means any cigarette not contained in a sealed package of 20 or more cigarettes. (f) 'Vending machine operator' has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title. (g) 'Wholesaler' has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
