(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Automotive repair facility' means any person who diagnoses or corrects malfunctions of a motor vehicle for financial profit. (c) 'Motor vehicle' has the meaning stated in Title 11 of the Transportation Article. (d) 'Person' includes an individual, corporation, business trust, statutory trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any other legal or commercial entity.
