Section 14-4406 - Enforcement and Penalty Provisions for Violations -- Pursuit of Other Remedies

(a) A violation of this section is an unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practice within the meaning of Title 13 of this article and is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions contained in Title 13 of this article. (b) This section does not prevent an individual from pursuing any other remedy provided by law.
