§ 14-4a-13

(a) A violation of this subtitle: (1) Is an unfair or deceptive trade practice within the meaning of Title 13 of this article; and (2) Except for § 13–410 of this article, is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions contained in Title 13 of this article. (b) A warrantor that violates the provisions of this subtitle is subject to a fine of $500 for each violation, not exceeding $10,000 for all violations. (c) For purposes of this section, each individual failure to comply with the requirements of this subtitle is a separate violation.
