Section 17-203 - Consent to Suit by Claimant Against Federal Government; Defense Available to State

As to any claim made because of action taken in accordance with an agreement made under this subtitle: (1) This State consents to suit by any claimant against the federal government; and (2) Any defense of the federal government is available to this State.
