Section 17-205 - Report of Abandoned Property

(a) When the federal government reports abandoned property to the Administrator under the agreement, the Administrator shall forward a copy of the report to the clerk of the circuit court for each county in the State. (b) Each clerk of the circuit court shall post the report of abandoned property in federal custody at the court house for the county for 60 days.
