Section 5-329 - Scope of Part

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this part applies to every religious corporation formed in this State by a Presbyterian Church that is subject to the jurisdiction of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America. (b) This part does not apply to any Presbyterian Church incorporated by special act of the General Assembly.
