Section 5-530 - Cooperative and Marketing Agreements Not in Restraint of Trade

(a) A cooperative is not a combination in restraint of trade, an illegal monopoly, or an attempt to lessen competition or fix prices arbitrarily. (b) A marketing agreement authorized by this subtitle is not illegal or in restraint of trade.
