Section 5-624 - Officers

(a) The directors shall elect annually from among the directors a chairman and one or more vice-chairmen. (b) (1) The directors shall elect a secretary and a treasurer. (2) The secretary and treasurer need not be directors or members. (3) The directors may combine the offices of secretary and treasurer and designate the combined office as secretary-treasurer. (c) (1) The board of directors may elect or appoint any other officers, agents, or employees it considers necessary or advisable. (2) The board shall establish the powers and duties of each officer, agent, or employee it elects or appoints.
