§ 5-6b-20

(a) This section does not apply to the distribution of information or materials at any time before the members, other than the developer, have a majority of votes in the cooperative housing corporation. (b) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, a cooperative housing corporation shall allow any member to distribute written information or materials regarding matters relating to the operation of the cooperative housing corporation in the same place and manner as the governing body distributes written information or materials other than: (1) Information or materials reflecting assessments imposed on members that the governing body distributes door–to–door; or (2) Meeting notices that the governing body distributes door–to–door. (c) A cooperative housing corporation may place reasonable restrictions on the time of any distribution of written information or materials.
