(a) This section does not apply to any meetings of members occurring at any time before the members, other than the developer, have a majority of the votes in the cooperative housing corporation. (b) Subject to reasonable rules adopted by the governing body, members may meet for the purpose of considering and discussing matters relating to the operation of the cooperative housing corporation in any area that is generally open to all members of the cooperative housing corporation.
