Section 10-902 - Purpose of Subtitle; Disciplinary Actions

(a) The purpose of this subtitle is to establish exclusive procedures for the investigation and discipline of a correctional officer for alleged misconduct. (b) The disciplinary actions authorized under this subtitle are those authorized under §§ 11–104 and 11–105 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
