// EFFECTIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 PER CHAPTER 141 OF 2022 // On or before December 1, 2022, and each December 1 thereafter, the Division shall report, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee and the House Judiciary Committee on: (1) measures it will take to improve oversight of offenders under the supervision of the Division who are involved in homicides; and (2) the number of offenders supervised by the Division that were shooting victims, homicide victims, or charged with homicide, nonfatal shooting, rape, police–involved shooting, or any crime involving the offender’s use of a firearm.
