Section 7-302 - Frequency of Hearings

The Commission or the Commission’s hearing examiners shall hear cases for parole release: (1) at least once each month at each correctional facility in the Division of Correction; and (2) as often as necessary at other correctional facilities in the State at which inmates eligible for parole consideration are confined.
