Section 8-101 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Approved standards' means the standards described in § 8-103(b) of this subtitle. (c) 'Commission' means the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards. (d) 'Minimum mandatory standards' means the standards described in § 8-103(a) of this subtitle.
