Section 8-109 - Commission on Correctional Standards -- Quorum; Meetings; Compensation

(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Commission is a quorum. (b) The Commission shall meet at the times determined by the Commission or its chairperson. (c) A member of the Commission: (1) may not receive compensation for service on the Commission; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
