(a) The Commission shall report annually to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly on the activities of the Commission. (b) The Commission shall provide the Secretary and the governing body of each county and municipal corporation that has a correctional facility with a copy of its annual report.
