Section 8-111 - Commission on Correctional Standards -- Executive Director

(a) (1) With the approval of the Secretary, the Commission shall appoint an Executive Director. (2) The Executive Director is a special appointment in the State Personnel Management System. (b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission. (c) The Executive Director shall perform administrative functions as the Commission directs. (d) The Executive Director is entitled to compensation as provided in the State budget.
