Section 13-502 - Composition and Appointment of Library Committee; Vacancies

(a) The library committee consists of three or more persons appointed to serve without compensation by a majority of the justices of the Supreme Court of Maryland. (b) Vacancies in the library committee shall be filled by a majority of the justices of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
