Section 13-503 - Powers of Library Committee

The library committee may: (1) Appoint a Director to be compensated as provided in the State budget; (2) Make rules and regulations for the conduct and operation of the Thurgood Marshall State Law Library; and (3) Direct the Director to purchase from time to time books, maps, and periodicals for the use of the Thurgood Marshall State Law Library.
