(a) In Prince George’s County, in accordance with the Maryland Rules, the County Administrative Judge shall: (1) Establish the Office of Calendar Management to schedule all proceedings before the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, including juvenile matters, civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases; (2) Appoint the employees of the Office of Calendar Management; and (3) Supervise directly or through a designee the functions and employees of the Office of Calendar Management. (b) Prince George’s County shall fund all salaries and other expenses of the Office of Calendar Management.
