(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Court' means a court of equity. (c) 'Guardian' means a person appointed by a court as guardian of the person or property or both of a disabled person. (d) 'Personal representative' means an executor, administrator, or special administrator.
