§ 3-8a-16-1

(a) After a petition has been filed with the court under this subtitle, but before an adjudication, the court may order the child to undergo blood lead level testing. (b) A copy of the results of a test performed under subsection (a) of this section shall be provided to: (1) The child; (2) The child’s parent or guardian; (3) The child’s counsel; and (4) The State’s Attorney.
