In Montgomery County, the following individuals are not liable to any person for advice or help given in the course of employment in connection with the preparation of a complaint: (1) A clerk of any court or an employee of a clerk; (2) The Sheriff or a deputy sheriff; or (3) An employee of the register of wills.
