(a) In this section, 'local domestic violence fatality review team' is a team established in accordance with Title 4, Subtitle 7 of the Family Law Article. (b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of a local domestic violence fatality review team is not civilly liable for any action as a member of the local domestic violence fatality review team or for giving information to, participating in, or contributing to the function of the local domestic violence fatality review team.
