Section 5-706 - Electrology Practice Committee and Persons Cooperating Therewith

(a) In this section, 'Committee' means the Electrology Practice Committee. (b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Committee is not civilly liable for giving information to the Committee or otherwise participating in its activities.
