(a) For examination of a judgment debtor by a standing commissioner or examiner, the clerk of a court shall collect in advance from the plaintiff the following fees: (1) If a judgment or decree does not exceed $200 -- $5; (2) If a judgment or decree exceeds $200, but does not exceed $1,000 -- $10; (3) If a judgment or decree exceeds $1,000 -- $15. (b) The plaintiff shall initially pay stenographic fees in supplementary proceedings. The fees shall be taxed as costs. (c) All costs in supplementary proceedings shall be taxed to the defendant.
