Section 7-505 - Collection of Unpaid Fines and Costs

(a) Unpaid and undischarged fines and unpaid costs may be levied, executed on, and collected in the same manner as judgments in civil cases. (b) Costs are not part of the penalty, and a defendant may not be imprisoned under this subtitle for failure to pay costs.
